This book was exactly what I wanted and was much cheaper then what I would have had to pay in College.

1.0 out of 5 stars NEVER GOT THE BOOKS; NEVER GOT THE REFUND!!!!, November 2, 2009
I purchased the books on September 30th. They were shipped on October 2nd to address of a previeous residence. Which I know I had edited the old addresses out a long time ago from my Amazon account. I called Superbook Deals on Oct 20th, because I did not receive the books; they said they were rejected on being received, and send back to them. They were shipped UP postal, (snail mail)The great $3.99 special from Amazon freight options which is one big joke. I believe there is an old man delivering these books with a walker and trying to learn to Moon walk at the same time, and if he gets it wrong; he backs up and starts over from the point where he messed up!

Here we are on November 2nd. No books, No refund, no answer, and no apology. I find it to be poor customer service on all accounts: Our great US postal service, Amazon pointing the finger at SuperBooks Deals without one attempt to help me,& Superbook Deals for not trying to make things right with me when I reported the issue. This is just pathetic.

All I can say is "Hello Barnes *& Noble; you will now get all my future business". I am sure you will not publish this because you do not want a 'black-eye" on your reviews. SuperBooks Deals have until Friday to get my refund back to me; at that point, I will look into my legal option for my refund.

signed Very unhappy, dissatisfied customer.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not worth it, November 6, 2007
By John (North Carolin) - See all my reviews
I have passed the 70-290 exam using the sister book to this one (didn't like it), and since I already had this one from school, I gave it a go. I did not fair too well on the test, as I scored just under passing. I purchased the Microsoft 70-291 guide and it is so much better it is unreal. If you plan on taking the test, do not use this book as your only source of information. As a reference, it's pretty good, but not much else.
