This exploration of pre-Columbian, pre-Incan Peru provides not only a wealth of information, but also offers a balanced treatment of the speculation and hypotheses surrounding the enigmantic Nasca culture. The authors' extensive research and knowledge of the region's history provide the reader with solid archaeological evidence to help penetrate the mysterious legacy of a people best known for beautiful pottery and the immense geoglyphs left on the arid pampa of southern Peru. An intriguing and comprehensive study.
