To this end, they organize travel information to help you select your hotels, restaurants, and sightseeing itineraries without bludgeoning you with details you don't need, for a minimum of planning hassle. Descriptions focus on amenities (hot tubs, snorkeling, golf) and atmosphere (stained-glass windows, thatched-roof cottages); sights are plotted conveniently on maps; and more attention is paid to airlines, car rentals, and guided tours than to local bus routes.
