La edici�n 2009 del cl�sico libro del Prof. Henrich viene corregida y aumentada.
Si bien tiene casi el mismo n�mero de p�ginas que la edici�n anterior, la letra es m�s peque�a, hay m�s informaci�n, de suyo, m�s actualizada.
Conserva la claridad y amenidad que ya es conocida y que da cuenta de la excelencia editorial.
Los gr�ficos y figuras est�n bien dise�ados, ayudan a clarificar, a�n m�s, los conceptos.
El libro comienza explicando las caracter�isticas de la membrana de di�lisis, contin�a con los accesos vasculares, anticoagulaci�n, el modelo cin�tico de la urea, adecuaci�n, di�lisis de alto flujo, di�lisis continua, f�rmacos en di�lisis,peritoneodi�lisis, y despu�s, casi la mitad del libro, son los problemas cl�nicos de un enfermo dializado, a saber, hipertensi�n, problemas nutricionales, �cido base, hemostasia,di�lisis en el anciano, estudio de trasplante, medidas de calidad, etc.
En s�ntesis, un libro que en 752 p�ginas re�ne el conocimiento m�s s�lido sobre di�lisis, expuesto en forma amena y con una cuidada edici�n.
