In this fourth edition the authors have updated the contents to take into account the extended length of the hygiene training course plus many of the advances that have occurred in dentistry. As a hygienist of some 20 years' experience I am already familiar with the previous editions of this book and found the new format to be much more reader friendly.
The page size has increased and I particularly like the use of highlighted areas including the summaries of the various subjects.
