More than another self-help tome, this is an excellent, down-to-earth lesson on how to balance being a healthy individual with the normal conflicts of family life. The smooth and genial writing of this Australian leadership expert will help listeners face life with a can-do attitude. She is wise rather than smart or clever, a characteristic that adds to the appeal of the message. The material on taking care of mind and body issues--such as eating healthfully--is especially well done and current. The research that went into this work is excellent. The reader's approach is overly enthusiastic, but the material is so useful and well written that one soon overlooks her excesses.
