I own two labs, a chocolate, Shiloh and a black, Marley. My labs are just like Marely. You can come home from a bad day and they will just bounce all over you happy to see you. They know when you are sad or sick. They are my protectors when my husband is traveling, one at the foot of the bed and the other at the front door facing the back. A dog, big or small, should be in everybodies lives, they bring so much joy, especially for those who can't have children. After reading this book you'll run right to the Humane Society and get one or two.
