About the Author

Paul Bloom, Ph.D. is a Professor of Marketing at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also consults and is active in the American Marketing Association. Thomas Hayes, Ph.D. is a Professor of Marketing at Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio.
