About the Author
Brad Schoenfeld, CSCS, is widely regarded as one of America’s leading fitness experts. He is the president of Global Fitness Services, a diverse, multifaceted fitness corporation, and he is the owner of the exclusive Personal Training Center for Women in Scarsdale, New York. Schoenfeld is a lifetime drug-free bodybuilder who has won numerous natural bodybuilding titles including the All Natural Physique and Power Conference (ANPPC) Tri-State Naturals and USA Mixed Pairs crowns.

He is the author of six fitness books, including Sculpting Her Body Perfect and the bestseller Look Great Naked (Prentice Hall Press, 2001). He is a columnist for FitnessRX for Women magazine, has been published or featured in nearly every major magazine (including Cosmopolitan, Self, Marie Claire, Fitness, and Shape), and has appeared on hundreds of television shows and radio programs across the United States.

Certified as a strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and as a personal trainer by both the American Council on Exercise and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, Schoenfeld was awarded the distinction of master trainer by the International Association of Fitness Professionals. He is also a frequent lecturer on both the professional and consumer levels.

Schoenfeld lives in Croton-on-Hudson, New York.

I have just finished my third week on this program and I'm really happy with the results. I've lost five pounds on the scale, but more importantly my body feels toner and my clothes fit better. The book is very easy to follow. It has separate pages for each of the 28 days of the program with exactly what you are supposed to eat and exercise. There are home workouts provided but I take this to the gym with me. It makes it really easy to just go through the workout knowing the exact routine. I really like the exercise descriptions which are clear and with good pictures to show exactly what you need to do. I'm excited to keep using this over the coming months. My goal is to lose a total of 20 pounds and get really toned for summer!

I have done just about every program out there and none have come close to the results I've gotten from this book. I bought it for New Years and in my first go around lost twelve pounds in the month. On my second go around for February I lost another nine pounds. I now can see my muscles and I finally have triceps where the fat used to be! No more jiggly arms!!! I have gotten so many compliments from people in my office and I owe it all to this book. This is now a lifestyle for me and I now know the right way to eat and exercise to keep the weight off forever.

I have gained so much muscle and toning since starting this program! It is easy to follow and really not that difficult. The best thing about it is that its not about "more" time at the gym or working out, its about making that time more efficient/effective!
I take it to the gym with me, but it also gives at-home versions of the workouts so if you can't make it to the gym or don't belong to one you can still do the program!
Definitely give it a try and follow it closely- you will see results!
