5.0 out of 5 stars A MANDATORY READ, March 9, 2002
By A Customer
"Forty Something" is truly enlightening as well as enjoyable to read. The author's keen sense of humor, coupled with his clever observations, softens the harsh realities of aging. Because the process of growing old is inevitable, this book should be mandatory reading for anyone who has not yet entered their forties. "Forty Something" has made me change my daily routines and think of a healthier future.
