If you are taking, or considering taking the nutritional supplement beCALM'd, this book is vital. Dr. Lacy explains how to use beCALM'd as part of very effective program to relieve ADHD without prescription drugs. Different age groups are discussed, with age appropriate therapy programs outlined. Being a person with ADD and having three children with the disorder, to one degree or another, this book is the most valuable source I have seen thus far. Our family has implemented the strategies in this book and the results have been astonishing, much better, and less dangerous, than the commonly used stimulant medications.
