For the last five years I had all but ruled grilling out of my family's life, just because I wanted to cook in a healthier way. This book has changed all that- we all love it!

I tried the recipe for the grilled red pepper pasta- absolutely wonderful...by far one of the best cookbooks I have ever purchased! The book outlines methods for choosing lowfat meats when shopping, and adds a different outlook towards preparing fresh fruits and vegetables.
