4.0 out of 5 stars A great study guide, some math errors, not enough problems, May 21, 1998
By A Customer
Physics: the easy way is a really good supplement to your studies, especially if you're going for an AP test. However, there are quite a few mathematical errors, and not nearly enough practice problems. The book is very well complemented by "The Physics Problem Solver", by REA.

5.0 out of 5 stars High score with minimal effort., February 16, 2003
By A Customer
This book summarizes the main points in a very lucid and concise manner with small number of carefully selected examples which emphasizes the main idea. Because of the unique format of this book, students can grasp the main idea in a shortest time with minimal effort. This book can be helpful to review the main ideas before the exams or to grasp the main idea before studying the subject in more detail.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Great Book, October 9, 2001
By Jill Pilz (Pensacola, Florida USA) - See all my reviews
I am taking college physics and it has been quite overwhelming. I have looked at several Physic's books to get an understanding. I turned to amazon.com to see more choices and ordered this book. I am so happy. I love this book and can hardly put it down. Things are making sense now. I just wish I had this book before I started the semester. Thank you Mr. Lehrman. If I could hug you, I would!

1.0 out of 5 stars Don't buy this book!
I purchased this book to augment my Physics text (Giancoli). This book is absolutely useless. Many of the answers are incorrect.

4.0 out of 5 stars Concepts are valid, but many answers are not
I would still recommend buying; just don't waste time trying to resolve cases where your answer is different. Another example is "try me" #6 in Chapter 2. 6.0 seconds - 2. Read more

4.0 out of 5 stars Decent enough.
This book does a decent enough job of getting points across simplistically and making the math understandable. It can be slightly confusing at times though, but it's rare.
