Jennifer Watson is one of the foremost experts on America Online, authoring over ten books on learning and mastering AOL. pl?idgbook:0-7645-7502-3:book-idg::uidg9094>AOL Keywords (now in its third edition). pl?idgbook:0-7645-3353-3:book-idg::uidg9094>AOL E-Mail, a guide to making the most of e-mail on AOL. Jennifer also coauthored the three previous editions of The Official America Online Tour Guide with Tom Lichty, her friend and mentor. In addition to her writing, Jennifer had the privilege of teaching America Online members and staff how to use AOL effectively and efficiently in her roles as a community leader and founder of an online training academy. Jennifer received her undergraduate degree in social psychology from the University of Michigan, a field that serves her well in understanding and explaining the new social climate on AOL and the Internet. Jennifer lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with her dog Kippi, an adorable Alaskan Malamute.
