It is well organized and written in such a clear, simple language. In short, an extraordinary guide in many ways!

The book has a wealth of info on many subjects,eg. menu development,food production,food buying and internal control,employee motivation,coktail lounge ops, marketing, franchises, advertising tips, and some tax saving tips. It is a book written by experts who have been in operations and management for many years following training to and through college.
