I am a complete novice when it comes to anything to do with food. I bought this book recently, hoping to try a bit of baking. I have been very pleased with the few recipes I've tried so far. The instructions are very clearly written, which is good for someone with as little experience as me. Everything I've made has been delicious, and since I can't attribute it to my own skill, his book the credit. I gave it 4 stars simply because I've only used a few of the recipes. Based on ym results so far, I'd give it a 5.
