A perfect source that revealed my true coverage on my biggest investment. This book interpreted confusing legal jargon to a non-legal person like myself. Without the expensive cost of using an attorney. Allowed me to make smart decisions about what type of coverage I need and also saved me money on premiums. I highly recommend this power tool to any home or business owner.

What do insurance company's mean when they use standardized forms? If you want to know if the insurance adjuster assigned to your claim is paying you what you are entitled to, this book will detail what all those clauses mean. If you currently are dealing with an insurance claim, or just wanting to understand what you policy actually covers, this book explains the standard homeowners policy in easy to read language.

Written in layman's terms, this book is a must read for all homeowners. All aspects of homeowners insurance are explained in a user friendly fashion.
