This book was great! it's one of my favorites. i recommend this book to anyone. i love shining and samantha! Anyway, in this book samantha finally gets her own horse (shining) and is almost ready to race! Then Mandy,a disabled child and a friend of smantha's wants to buy shining and her parents make samantha an offer. Will smantha have to give up Shing? and will Shining ever get to race? read this to fing out.

(if u must know Sammy keeps shining and wins all of her races!)-A must read

Samantha has to be the luckiest girl on earth when she gets Shining, Wonder's half sister. The filly may not look like a relative of Wonder's but she is. The filly does not live up to her name but Samantha is deturmined to show the world what Shining can do. Can these two show the world that Shining can fill in Wonder's shoes? That is for me to know and you to find out.

This is another really good and important book in the Thoroughbred series. This book is about Shinning, half sister to the famous and one of the greatest racehorses of all times, Ashleigh Wonder. Shinning came to the farm abused and neglected. Samantha, the main character, turns Shinning around. Then Shinning is given to her. But what if Shinning helps a little girl get better and her parents want to buy the first horse Samantha ever owned?
