If you are into ALL the statistics about the teams that played in organised baseball in the 19th Century, then this book is for you. Each year is reviewed briefly and then the stats for each team AND players is presented. Nothing has been left out.
This is a very comprehensive account of the leagues, teams and players that played baseball in the 19th Century, as well as the evolution of baseball, and the creation of modern day baseball.
A fantastic achievement, and an extremely worthwhile companion of baseball history. Worth every cent.
