Review

"This book provides amazingly rich sources of conceptual models, practical guides and training tools to lead, manage, facilitate, and coach an intellectual diverse workforce for higher creativity and performance in global business. The dance between the perspectives of the four highly seasoned authors is reference for international practitioners and a large collection of intriguing materials for academicians. I recommend the book without reservation."

5.0 out of 5 stars A Must Have!, September 21, 2003
By M. Khalil Islam-zwart (Spokane, WA United States) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
Gardenswartz, Rowe, Martin, and Dingh hit it well with this one. All of these powerful writers and trainers bring their energy and experience to the page with this must-have for interculturalists and diversity trainers, domestic or international. With a strong goal of helping trainers tap personal, interpersonal, and organizational aspects of diversity and change, this book is a wonderful tool filled with powerful and practical exercises and tools for training and working with groups.

Written very practically and conversationally, it is as if the authors are sitting with you as they discuss their tools. And included with the book is a CD ROM with activities from each chapter in multiple formats for your use. I highly recommend this book and am pleased to have it on my desk.
