this book is full of authentic cuban cocktail recipes retrieved from the actual cuban bars that Ernst Lechthaler has actually been to. There is even a picture of him (lechthaler) working behind a cuban bar, and shaking Fidel Castros hand.

learn to make a mojito, the way they do it in Cuba. there is a photograph of one taken in the home of the mojito "El Bodeguita del medio'. the very place that Hemingway himself, sat and drank his mojito.

if you want to learn how to make cuban drinks, the cuban way, trust the word of the top german bartender who went to Cuba, and got them personally "Ernst Lechthaler".

A fantastic book, a must buy for all daiquiri, mojito, cuba libre drinkers. oh! thats me!!!

No one book can hold and tell the whole story of Cuba, but this little treasure gives you a taste of how
non-Cubans see us....with lots of Love.

Talk about a seller (PRO-SPIN), true to their word....I received the book has if I purchased it at a Major bookstore. New and hot off the shelf.
I'm especially grateful for the extra care, taken to protect the book while in transit by Pro-Spin...
USPS can really put a hurting on a package (standard shipping was used).
I did not receive a tracking number but talk about fast delivery from the order date August 26 and rec'd the book on Aug 30.

Great outlook but rather disappointing from the Beverage technical point of view. The Barman should take some Cuban vacations!
