This book lists some very useful tips, something you need to know, not too much words but very clear. I find it is very helpful for us, the first time parents. I will highly recommend this book to parents-to-be, because it is a very hardy book.

101 Essential Tips books are a perfect quick read and the Healthy Pregnancy book covers all the main areas an expectant mom will want to read about the minute she knows she is pregnant.

This book offers step-by-step information on exercise, stretching and relaxing. Full-color pictures can be found throughout the 72 pages. There is even a quick yoga guide and a chart of common complaints.
