5.0 out of 5 stars A Must have For Anyone Looking to Rent, October 21, 1999
By Ms. Heather M. Shank (Dover, Delaware) - See all my reviews
This book was an excellent resource for someone who is a first time renter, like myself. It provided information that I would have never thought of without guidance from Sacks. I think it saved me by showing me the right questions to ask a landlord and also how to get results once I moved in. I learned important information and used the many checklists and worksheets to help me make the move from home to home smooth. I highly recommend this book to anyone with first time jitters or someone who thinks they may be a seasoned pro.

I have rented apartments in the past, however this book provided tips and insights that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. The Savy Renters Kit is an investment that will save you time, money, and agrevation.
