Had to get this book for continuing education for my Broker's license. I chose the older edition since the new one is costly. The information is dated but I passed the test! Some of it is relevant to Real Estate, some is not. But combined with the online class, it was easier to take the test having read this.

I only read this because it was a required for a degree. There are other books out there that are much better than this one.
