The state of Canadian politics is in constant flux. Hans J. Michelmann is a professor in the Department of Political Studies at the University of Saskatchewan. Cristine de Clercy is an assistant professor in the Department of Political Studies and a research fellow with the Centre for the Study of Co-operatives at the University of Saskatchewan.
