5.0 out of 5 stars Buy both sets, you'll need them., September 9, 2003
By Polyglot (cambridge, ma) - See all my reviews
These cards are a real bargain, so you should definitely buy both sets, which together contain about half of the kanji that you'll need to achieve literacy in Japanese. You will save a lot of time and learn some new compounds by purchasing these cards instead of making your own.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent - Builds on Kanji Cards 1, February 27, 2000
By Iain T White (Melbourne, VIC Australia) - See all my reviews
Kanji Cards 1 covers Grades 1-3, this covers 4-6.

Great cards, well designed with relevant kanji compounds.

Highly recommend.

I can understand them being sold out, but out of print is crazy. Bring 'em back Tuttle!

5.0 out of 5 stars Good Tool., August 25, 2002
By A Customer
I find these cards to be a good learning and review tool for the acquiring of the 4th through 6th grades of Kanji. I really wish they would make a 7th and 8th grade set of cards though for those continueing on beyond elementary school kanji. These cards simplify a very overwhelming task of learning 1006 Kanji.
