This organizer contains everything you need when first diagnosed to organize your doctor visits and paperwork...my Dr. and Diabetes Educator had never seen this type of book before and both asked for the info so they could recommend it to other patients.

I liked the log book that came with this as well... I just ordered 6 more from the publisher.

This book had no real value, if you can read what's on a box then you know how many carbs are per serving. And the recipes were awful, who makes lamb kabobs on the run?
