Compassionately and carefully explained, Kensey's program, which is based on the premise that cardiovascular disease need not be inevitable, entails giving blood regularly, taking an aspirin every day, not smoking, drinking lots of water, maintaining a healthy diet, exercising regularly and de-stressing.
