About the Author

Danny Shanahan has published more than 700 cartoons, covers, and illustrations in The New Yorker since his work first appeared there in 1998. His work has appeared in Playboy, Esquire, and Time as well as in many other periodicals and anthologies. He has illustrated a number of humor and children's books, including Abrams' Innocent, Your Honor: A Book of Lawyer Cartoons. He lives in Rhinebeck, NY.
