I love James McNair's cookbooks. This one reminds you of all the possibilities breakfast contains. Very good recipe for Ramos Fizz. And beautiful Dutch Babies.

3.0 out of 5 stars fun - but not as fun as some of his books, April 27, 2000
By A Customer
Most of McNair's recent books feature the photo-on-each-page format with gorgeous photos by Patricia Brabant. Not so this one. It's still nice, but if, like me, you really enjoy seeing the amazing presentation of attactive food coordinated with lush garnishes and beautiful china/linens/silver, then this book may dissappoint.

And as with all of McNair's recipes, if you're watching your fat or cholesterol, there's not a lot here for you unless you're prepared to do some heavy modification.
