Human Resources Management & Development Handbook is an excellent book por people involved in the Human Resources activities. You not only have the typical subjects you usually find in HR books, with clear and appropriate definitions, but also new topics and points of view that are making the future of HR. The author is clear and has the ability to communicate his thoughts. I think this is an excellent tool for developing your knowledge and a guide book that you should have at work.
