Dr. Montgomery's book will help you understand who you are and why you behave as you do

I have been reading and rereading this book for about six months now and every time, I do so, I discover something new about myself and I how I view life. This book has completely changed my life in many different ways! I am a much happier person! Thank you to Dr. Montgomery for sharing his experiences and thoughts with us and giving us tools to lead full happy lives!
