4.0 out of 5 stars The sudden death of aloved one, can cause anguish & despair., February 14, 1999
By A Customer
The loss of a loved one can cause a tremendous amount of pain, responsability and unanswered questions. Ten year old Ronnie, is feelilng a lot of anguish, sadness & depression, by the sudden death of his father. During such difficult times, it's imporatant to seek loved ones, close friends & above all our faith in God. This will help closure towards our despair feelings. We see how the loss of a loved one can be devastating & how it can put a persons life on a ride. During difficult circumstances, our best friend turns out to be time. It's very importatnt to maintain a positive attitude and to focus on moving on. In other words when life offers you a lemon, squeeze it and make lemonade. Always remember that it could've been worst. Just think that theirs other people who have experienced worst situations than ours. This story can be a wake-up call for those individuals who hold on to grudges and harbor resentment. A Life can be taken in a second, thats why it's important to spend as much positive and happy quality time with our loved or close ones. Because you never know if you will have an opportunity to do so. According to the story Ronnie & his father had a very good relation, & atleast he has those wonderful memories to cherish and remember, eventhough he must bear the pain that comes along. But it would've been more painful for Ronnie to cope, if the relationship with his father had been a negative one. Life is to short, to waste it in giving the worst of ourselves. Instead lets focus on ALWAYS giving the Best to our loved ones and close friends. Because tomorrow, might not come around.
