I purchased this book for a friend who is diabetic, when quests who were visiting were diabetic, I borrowed my gift back. I purchased three of this book for gifts. What a surprize, the meals were wonderful. Everything I made tasted great, easy to prepare and presentation wonderful. I suggest this book for anyone who has diabetic or not.

Well written with clear instructions. A variety of recipes precludes boring meals for the diabetic.
