. . ."Micah - Malachi" is a good, solid Protestant (but not dogmatically so) commentary which concentrates strongly on the integrity of the text. I used this book as a secondary reference for a Minor Prophets course I'm teaching and found it quite readable and useful. I was particularly pleased with Micah and Nahum.
