4.0 out of 5 stars Excellant Reference Book for Working Contractors, February 23, 2006
Contracts and Liability is an excellant book because it covers all the essential elements one needs to know in order to successfully develop a legal plan for their construction related business. Builder's have huge responsibilities when building, and this book is clear and concise. All the essential elements are included, and the book includes forms and case studies.
