If the Twentieth Century had a praying prophet, it was Leonard Ravenhill. Ravehill was born in Leeds, England in 1907. He was a successful revivalist in England before moving to the United States.
Ravenhill authored many books, including the best-selling, "Why Revival Tarries."
Among those who consider Ravenhill their mentor are Rabi Zacarias, Tommy Tenney, Steve Hill, Charles Stanley, Bill Gothard and David Wilkerson.
Ravenhill died in 1994.
