Fantastic health read- Dr. Lendon Smith was way ahead of his time. It's always the Mavericks who figure it out for everyone. This book gave me fantastic REAL answers WHY we get certain symptoms and how easily we can combat them by giving our bodies the right nutrients (vitamins)! Very excellent book and HIGHLY recommended to everyone who is serious about being healthy.

Start with his earliest book, FEED YOUR CHILDREN RIGHT. With three daughters to raise in the 70's and 80's, I first noticed Dr. Smith's nutrition tips on a local midwestern tv news show. Encouraged with the great results of following his advice, I purchased his book, Feed Your Children Right. I still have it, use it with my grandchildren. He is still right! Do yourself and loved ones a favor: buy and use his information for a substantially healthier life. Bargain! Should be in every obstetric's and pediatric's office as required reading.

This book, FEED YOUR BODY RIGHT, involves optimizing your health by adapting to the biological trends of different blood types. This must be precisely followed to work, and I'm not sure a layman can categorize himself without medical help. Still--it works. Explains a lot of things only now being discovered through DNA analysis. Reap the benefits of Dr. Smith's brilliant work. Well worth it for those who struggle with sub-par health and spend a lot of time in doctor's offices.
