About the Author
Neil Shafer brings to the cataloguing effort an expertise gained in pursuit of knowledge in all areas of world paper money used as a medium of exchange. He's studied many of the leading specialized collections including the extensive American Bank Note Archives offering. A former president of the International Bank Note Society, his four decades of paper money related authorship continues to contribute to this field. George S. Cuhaj is an eight-year veteran of Krause Publications Numismatic Cataloging Division, where he is also involved with the publication of the Standard Catalog of[registered] World Coins series. The American Numismatic Society and Stack's Rare Coins, both of New York City, previously employed him.
