Selections include pieces by prominent business scholars, e.g., Peter Drucker's "The Coming of the Organization" and John Kotter's "Leading Change: Why Transformation Efforts Fail." The book is divided into three sections: the future state (of organizations), the process of change (through changing business fundamentals or culture), and the new role of management (described as establishing identity, pursuing integrity, and nurturing initiative and creativity).
