Opening the pages of this book will blow your mind away, if you are not familiar with the world of sex therapy. This wonderful manual is full of illustrative techniques used in counseling for different sexual problems. This book offers full page illustrations and explanations for the benefits of using these techniques to increase your sexual satisfaction with your partner. Kaplan has done a wonderful job explaining and demonstrating (through pictures) for couples struggling in this area. This can be a great tool for counselors wishing to show pictures of sexual techniques, and not just talk about them. One down side (but not enough to detract from the book) is the dated illustrations that you might find. It is a 12 year old book though, but stands the test of time in my mind. Beware, at opening this book for the first time, you might blush; but don't worry your face will just turn as red as the book cover. For those interested in Sex Therapy this is a must for your personal library.

I had the good fortune of studying with Dave at Pratt Institute, and I am so glad that his illustrations live on. He captures romance, passion, and interest in a just a few strategically placed lines. I will forever cherish this book.

I also had the pleasure of being taught by the master illustrator David Pasalaqua. Every drawing i ever do is his voice behind it and all my students have benefited greatly from his teachings through me. I bought the book when i was a kid in the late 70's my only regret is i did not get him to sign the book. Rest in peace, love, Dean Williams.
