Back in the early 80s, I had a friend named Josh. He was such a great friend to have, but he didn't have a ferret. He really is the ferret type though, so I gave him this book - which I'm certain he cherishes to this very day. He'd surely have a number of ferrets by now, and know All About Them, except that he lives in California where I think maybe they're still considered contraband.

Back in the middle '80's, I had a ferret named Edison. He was
such a great pet to have. Since I had no idea about how to care for such a "new" type of pet back then, this book was a life
saver in caring for my dear Edison.
