5.0 out of 5 stars Rotation diet made easy? Yes!!, December 18, 2006
By PBKider "pbkider" (Milford, CT USA) - See all my reviews
Rotation was always so difficult. What I found special in this book, is that it not only has lists of foods and explanations of different diets and why, but gives ideas on cooking, recipes, ways of sticking with the diet and other supportive things. And it also lists the foods grouped in families and puts a number by each food in that family. This makes it very easy to see what belongs where and when. As they explain it also makes it easy to change things impromptu. They have explanations of diets for the mildly allergic to the more extreme and also people with both chemical sensitivities and food allergy. This is a very family oriented book and when starting things, or as the case may be, they stress the point, "DON'T TRY TO BE A ONE HUNDRED PERCENTER": Small changes can give motivation and results. Whether for family or individual, if you need to try leaving out foods in search for allergy, or could never quite get the hang of the organization of it all, this book can be a tremendous help.
