5.0 out of 5 stars Dragonlance short stories are as good as the novels, June 18, 2001
By A Customer
This was the first Dragonlance book with short stories I ever read. I was not dissapointed. The reason I chose this book out of all the others that are availible was, of course, "Raistlin's Daughter". Any one who is a devouted Raistlin fan MUST read that story. It is, by far, the best in the book. If you want to read more about the companians there is also "Hide And Go Seek", which has the original group. "A Painter's Vision" is also good and so is "By The Measure". I recomend this book to anyone. And if you want to find out if the story about Raistlin's daughter is true, read Dragons Of Summer Flame.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love and War, July 28, 2000
By Artie W. Starner (Baltimore, Ohio United States) - See all my reviews
This book was Excellent. Every short story in the book involves love of some kind, love of heroes, love of poor good souled people. It also talks about the great Huma, and tells how he destroyed the Queen of Darkness: and his love for the Silver dragon he rode, and when transformed , a beautiful woman. Every tale is just magnificent. Raistlins Daughter was not as good as i thought it could be , but , it was still a very good tale. Buy this book , it's a must for Dragonlance Fans.

3.0 out of 5 stars Pretty good book...maybe four stars!!!!, October 7, 2003
By orangeburst "mistertruth" (Ft. Myers Florida) - See all my reviews
First off, I am in the process of reading over sixty Dragonlance novels in chronological order, so click on my name for great and humourous reviews...true also! Now to this book...I almost gave this book four stars, it's that good. Ten stories in all and half of them are great! The other half are boring, but if they are boring they at least have a decent story. The action is the boring part and in some stories questions are left unanswered, by an author's mistake. The love stories in a few of these are some of the best! Raistlin's Daughter is a enjoyable story, but as you will find out in later books the story is completely (BLANK)! Not gonna spoil it! May be one of the best Tales books because it has the most good stories. Read this!

3.0 out of 5 stars Well...
I have to give all the short story novels 3 stars. There are some stories you won't like but they'll be 2-4 really great ones that will make the books worth the price.
