5.0 out of 5 stars Even experienced Tarot readers like this book., June 30, 2007
By Richard G. Prosapio "coyote" (middle-of-somewhere, the land of Oz! New Mexico) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
This book was written in order to teach the reader to learn to trust his or her intuition using the Tarot as a "leap of faith" when it comes to trusting what comes to consciousness. It presents the reader with a tight rope walk when it comes to trusting what the cards can come up with. How it is that the cards always come up "right" is the mystery, it is the interpreation of what comes up which leads the reader to discover the Magician who lives inside all of us. This is a small but important book for anyone who wants to learn about the power we all have to really "know". Check it out, good things come in small packages.

5.0 out of 5 stars Intuitive Tarot, January 24, 2004
By A Customer
This book is especially useful for those who want to use the tarot as a means of personal introspection and growth. As other reviewers suggest, a basic knowledge of the tarot is helpful, but Prosapio's ideas of analyzing the visual images of the deck as to how they personally relate to you is extremely beneficial when one is trying to make major life decisions. Personally, I have used this book as a means to find out more about myself--not as a way to do readings for others. Though I believe it would help even experienced tarot readers find deeper meaning in the cards.

4.0 out of 5 stars Developing your Intuition, December 26, 1999
By A Customer
This book is wonderful as a workbook, especially for an intuitive type person. I have gone through it twice so far, each time enriching and personalizing my use of the Tarot. Richard's book and style have given me the confidence to bring intuition into readings for myself and friends. Although this may not be the first or only Tarot book you'll want, it can help you to integrate knowledge from other Tarot sources.

As the title indicates, it is a book to teach readers how to read tarot with intuition. Thus, Mr. Prosapio offers FEW card meanings (this is a 92-page book and uses Morgan-Greer... Read more
