I purchased this book after I discovered a huge area of wild Mint behind my house. After searching Amazon, I found this book. I just got the book yesterday, and followed all the directions for drying out the mint. I also discovered that the mint in my back yard was "peppermint". I tried 2 recipies today, and oh what a treat! My house smells great now! I am especially a lover of iced tea, and sprinkled some of the wild mint in the tea, and it tastes great. Many many stories on tea, as well as recipies, and I recommend it to anyone with even a small interest in Mint. My wife is going to make candy next, she loves mint chocolate!
