This book is the best I have read on the "big picture". It answers a lot of questions. I had studied the bible and read many of the time tested saints for about 15 years. I had been a little dry in my walk with God and God led me to this book. After reading this book it has been like a new day for me. I am an admirer of A. W. Tozer (have read over 40 of his books) and D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones. The writer says he was indebted to their work and there is bits of their inspired wisdom spread throughout this book. I can see them in his writing. I can see where some might not get into this book. If you have a basic understanding of the scriptures and want to see the big picture and are willing to let God work on you and give you a reason to live your life to give glory to God, this book is for you. It had made me realise that it is not all about me but that I have a bigger purpose and that is for God's purpose. It makes EVERYTHING that touches your life fit into the "big picture".
