5.0 out of 5 stars Best book on career change, direction and focus I have seen, August 5, 1998
By A Customer
Helps you walk through the process, step by step, of determining what's important to you, your unique talents and skills, where you can apply those and the practical side of getting a job.. Fantastic.. I turn to it time and time again as I continue my 10+ years post MBA career..

5.0 out of 5 stars For any stage of your career, June 24, 2009
By N.Nunez (Washington, DC) - See all my reviews
This book was recommended to me by a senior executive of a Fortune 500 company. She had used it throughout her career and constantly refers back to it anytime she's thinking through transition. As a young growing professional, this was an unbeatable resource not only for pointing me to think ahead, but for the useful exercises to process my experiences to this point in order to help shape my moving forward.

Buy it...and keep it handy.

Good tool for Moms to create focus and pinpoint what they want rather than just wanting a new career or re-entering the job force.
