This is an eye opening book. Best book that I have read this year. The light that enters your eyes travels by way of the optic nerve to the visual cortex of the brain to be further interpreted but the optic nerve also branches off into.......the hypothalmus, the pineal gland, the pituitary gland. Light,sunlight,phototherapy can change the function of all endocrine glands [chakras] Have you thought lately about the sun..... and that the sunlight entering your eyes randomly or intentionally could change your outlook or better your health? If you want to know if light really works, look at the results from folks who use light. I use light. I use light, I carry one with me when I travel. The book Light Years Ahead really works - it is a guide for motivating the use of healing information in your own life.
