Product Description
Have you tried so many spiritual paths you've become pathological? Experienced so much personal growth you're totally growthed out? The Swami offers advice.

About the Author
Swami Beyondananda, who has been characterized as a cross between Ram Dass and Haagan Dasz, is the brain child and alter ego of writer/humorist Steve Bhaeman.  Steve is the author of two more or less serious books in the fields of education and self-help, and has also helped develop products such as Damitol and Absolutely Nothing.  He is a self-described seeker, even though he is well aware of Swami's caveat that "there's a seeker born avery minute, and two to take him along the path." A native of Brooklyn, New York, and longtime resident of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Steve, along with his wife, dancer Trudy Lite, recently moved to Santa Cruz because he heard the streets were paved with granola.

5.0 out of 5 stars Laughing Too Hard to See the Keyboard, May 29, 2006
Laughing out loud over books (or anything for that matter) is usually RARE - not with this book I am HOWLING...and even have had tears rolling down my face. More often I am shaking my head in amazement. Beyond the humor (no pun intended) is the deep and powerful spiritual truths which enter easily through the doorway that laughter has blown off the hinges. In this fear filled time what can be a better gift to yourself or someone you love than the joy of laughter?

5.0 out of 5 stars new age humor magic book, May 3, 2000
By Sand X (Berkeley) - See all my reviews
This little number is jam packed with solutions to lighten the load. I saw the Swami speak once, and I'm still laughing in the aisles when I start to read the book. (a good bathroom book-you can't read it straight through without laughing too much, dropping the book, and losing your place)

5.0 out of 5 stars Funny, spirituality at its best, February 20, 2007
By NayOmi "seeker" (California) - See all my reviews
Easy to pick up and read one or two pages and get a belly laugh. For those "on the path" a way to "lighten up" on the way to becoming "enlightened".

5.0 out of 5 stars I love Swami Beyondananda!!
He has such a gift for playing with words, and his application of this gift toward spirituality, healing, and (cough) politics is such a pleasure to read!

5.0 out of 5 stars The Swami's the "Ed Sullivan" of Eastern enlightenment...
Beyondananda's approach to Tantrum Yoga has helped me a great deal. Sneaking up from behind beats the frontal assault in most cases. Read more
